Cadbury is a premium, high quality brand of chocolate. They do have chocolate with add ins like fruit or nuts, but I prefer the pure chocolate. This is a rich, creamy, absolutely perfect chocolate.
If you want to make hot cocoa with milk and a chocolate bar, Cadbury is one of the best brands to do it with. Bring 8-10 ounces of milk to the point of steaming, not yet a boil, and throw in half of one of these bars. Let the chocolate melt and the milk come just to the point of a rolling boil. You don’t want to scald the milk. Cadbury is great for this because it melts evenly and is a quality chocolate. Mediocre chocolate just won’t taste right.
